Thinkable Company

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 7 October 2026

This policy explains how Thinkable Company handles personal data when you visit thinkablecompany.org or contact me through the site.

Who is responsible for your data

Thinkable Company, run by Ylva Hedman, Stockholm, Sweden, is the data controller. For any question about your personal data, email reservation@thinkabletravel.com.

What data is collected and why

Contact and booking forms. When you send an enquiry I receive your name, email address, organisation (if given) and message. I use this only to reply to you and, if we work together, to plan and deliver the assignment. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in answering your enquiry, or steps taken at your request before entering into an agreement. Messages are kept only as long as needed for the enquiry and any resulting assignment.

Spam protection. Form submissions are checked by Akismet (Automattic) to filter out spam. This involves your IP address, browser information and the content you submit.

Website statistics. Jetpack Stats (Automattic) records aggregated visit statistics so I can see which pages are read. If you accept statistics cookies in the cookie banner, Google Analytics (Google) also measures how the site is used, for example which pages are visited and how visitors arrive. Google Analytics is only activated after your consent, and you can change your choice at any time via the cookie settings.

Cookies

The site uses necessary cookies to work and, with your consent, statistics cookies. You can read the details and update your consent in the Cookie Policy.

Who processes data on my behalf

  • Automattic (WordPress.com, Jetpack, Akismet): hosting, forms, statistics and spam protection.
  • Google (Google Analytics, only with your consent): website analytics.

Some of these providers may process data outside the EU/EEA. Such transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To use these rights, email me at the address above. If you are unhappy with how your data is handled, you can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
